In each reporting cycle, teachers cover some or all of their subject's Transfer Goals. 

Knowledge and Skills statements for each Transfer Goal describe what students must know and what they must be able to do in order to attain this goal. 

Below you will find an outline of the Transfer Goals and the associated knowledge and skills that have been assessed in this reporting cycle. 

This information is to be used alongside the student's report, that is issued in iSAMs. It gives you insight into the knowledge that students have gained, and the specific skills that students have acquired.

Attainment is based on formative and summative assessment tasks over the assessment period. 

Year 1 to Year 9 students will be assessed on the knowledge and skills under the Transfer Goals. 

Year 10 to Year 13 students will be assessed on the Assessment Objectives as set out by the exam syllabus documents. 

It is important to look at both attainment and attitude to learning. They are often linked.

This term we have introduced the Transfer Goals for Year 1 to Year 10 that we will be assessing students on. Teachers will assess students knowledge and skills under the Transfer Goals that have been covered in the assessment period.
