2- SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING WITH AZUR TRAINING:
Seeking to boost your self-confidence through self-defense training? Ernst and Alex are here to support you! We have just a few spots remaining, with top priority going to Mougins students.
WEDNESDAY KICKBOXING:
This course will teach a mixture of boxing,Thai Boxing and self defence.
The course will include:
-Striking combinations on pads and shields
-Physical Conditioning
-Dynamic Stretching
-Self-Defence drills
-Fun Games
The course will run on Wednesdays 15.15-16.45. It is suitable for boys and girls aged 9-13. The cost of the course is €500 for the year (33 sessions) or €240 for the term (12 sessions)
Students can have a free trial class subject to space being available on the course.

PRIMARY GIRLS SELF DEFENCE:
This course takes a serious yet fun approach to self-defence and will include:
-Learning about safety and Situational Awareness
-Confidence building role-plays
-Effective striking combinations
-Escapes from holds, grabs and chokes
-Assertive body language, posture and voice projection training
-Physical conditioning
The course will run on Thursdays 16.15-17.15. It is open to girls between ages 9 and 12 (Y4-Y7). The cost of the course is €440 for the year (34 sessions) or €200 for the term (13 sessions). The course will commence on Thursday 14th September.
Students can have a free trial class subject to space being available on the course.

ABOUT YOUR TRAINERS
ALEX O'CONNOR
A BTEC qualified Self Defence instructor and qualified boxing coach with over 15 years experience teaching, over 10 of those on the French Riviera.
Ernst Nebe
Hailing from a family of professional South African boxers, Ernst has ample experience as a member of his brother, South African Heavyweight Wilhelm Nebe's coaching team. He has been assisting with the boxing and self Defence classes at Mougins School over the last year and is currently studying for a BTEC Diploma in Self Defence instruction.
