Fighting Scams and Drug Abuse Together!

Wed,19 August, our Sec 2 cadets set up Anti-Scam and SANA booths as part of their CSSP and SANA Silver Projects.

The cadets interactive tabletop games, created informative posters, and walked around the canteen to engage the Hillgrove community. Through their efforts, they helped spread awareness on how we can protect ourselves and stand united against scams and drug abuse.

Well done, Sec 2s, for taking the lead and making a positive difference! 👏 #HillgroveNPCC #cssp #hgvnpcc #saynotodrugs #sana2026

13 Aug 2026 : Today, we proudly celebrated the promotion of 90% of our cadets—from our Secondary 1 Cadets to Lance Corporals, Secondary 2s to Corporals, and the remaining Secondary 3s to Sergeants.

I am delighted to see how much each and every one of them has grown. We still have work to do in improving our parade decorum, but we will get there together. There will always be cadets who step forward to lead by example and guide the unit towards higher standards as we prepare for future NPAP and NDP parades.

Congratulations to all our newly promoted cadets! Continue to grow, lead and make Hillgrove NPCC proud. 💙

It comprises six pillars: Military Defence, Civil Defence, Economic Defence, Social Defence, Psychological Defence, and Digital Defence. Together, they strengthen the nation against external threats, crises, misinformation, and cyber risks, fostering unity, preparedness, and collective responsibility among citizens.

On 26th February, our Sec 2 cadets stepped up as mentors as they taught the Sec 1 cadets the basics of Total Defence through the engaging GOTC card game 🇸🇬

Through play, discussion, and teamwork, they explored the six pillars of Total Defence while building confidence and leadership skills.Learning by teaching. Leading by example. 💪✨#hgvnpcc  #TotalDefence2026 #tdd2026 #hillgrovenpcc #hillgrovenpcc2026

On 12th July, our Secondary 1 cadets took part in their first ever sectorised training held at Swiss Cottage Secondary School. This milestone event was extra meaningful as it marked their Swearing-In Ceremony, officially welcoming them into the NPCC family. 🫡✨

Beyond the ceremony, the cadets enjoyed a fun-filled Games Day, where they bonded with fellow cadets from other schools. Through teamwork, friendly competition, and shared experiences, they built new friendships while learning the importance of camaraderie and cooperation.
