ROLES AND DUTIES
1. Training Head (TH)
1. Training Head (TH)
Plan and oversee weekly unit training programmes.
Prepare and coordinate the PYA project.
Plan and manage Unit Camp training and schedule.
Coordinate and represent unit for ceremonial events (NPAP / NDP).
Support Officer-in-Charge (OC) in training-related administrative duties.
Ensure training standards and discipline are maintained across the unit.
2. Assistant Training Head 1 (Sec 1s)
Plan and conduct weekly training for Sec 1 cadets.
Prepare and manage Sec 1 PYA project.
Support planning and execution of Unit Camp.
Participate in NPAP / NDP activities.
Support Sec 1 Level Teacher in administrative duties.
Plan and coordinate Sec 1 special projects (e.g. Area Games Day, Sec 1 Orientation).
Work closely with Sec 1 ICs to support cadet development.

Plan and conduct weekly training for Sec 2 cadets.
Prepare and manage Sec 2 PYA project.
Support planning and execution of Unit Camp.

Plan and coordinate Sec 2 special projects (e.g. CSSP Project, TDD Silver, SANA Silver).
Work closely with Sec 2 ICs to support cadet leadership development.

Support Sec 2 Level Teacher in administrative matters.

Maintain discipline and training standards among Sec 2 cadets.
5. Sec 1 ICs
Take attendance for all Sec 1 cadets.
Support Sec 1 Level Teacher in administrative matters.
IC for Basic Law lessons and coordination.
Assist in planning and execution of Sec 1 projects (Area Games Day, Sec 1 Orientation. Sec 1 SPF Anti- Scam Competition).
Guide and mentor new cadets in NPCC routines and discipline.

Prepare and manage campcraft logistics (mess tins, tents, pegs, poles, ropes).
Ensure equipment is serviceable and ready before training and camps.
Support training of Knots and Lashing with Training Head / Assistant Training Heads.
Coordinate setup and teardown during Unit Camp.
7. Campcraft Assistant Head
Support Campcraft Head in preparation and management of campcraft logistics.
Assist in checking, packing, and returning campcraft equipment.
Support Knots and Lashing training during unit sessions and camps.
8. Physical Training (PT) Head
Prepare PT and games equipment (cones, balls, markers, etc.).
Plan and conduct warm-up sessions for PT training.
Support PT activities during unit training and Unit Camp.
Liaise with Training Head / Assistant Training Heads on PT requirements.
Ensure safety during all physical activities.

Support PT Head in preparation of PT and games equipment.
Assist in conducting warm-up sessions.
Support PT activities during unit training and Unit Camp.
Help ensure safety and proper conduct during physical activities.
10. Cadets’ Welfare IC / Welfare Head

Monitor cadets’ physical and emotional well-being.
Remind cadet leaders to provide regular water breaks.
Monitor training duration and fatigue levels.
Alert teachers or OC when cadets require attention or assistance

Check and consolidate attendance for all training sessions.
Update Teacher Officers on attendance and absentees.
Support unit administrative coordination when required.

Maintain and update stores ledger.
Ensure safekeeping of M16 rifles.
Manage storage of used and unused NPCC uniforms.
Safekeep CSI box and all items stored in the NP Room.
Ensure proper accountability of all logistics items.

Support Logistics Head in maintaining stores ledger.
Assist in safekeeping of M16 rifles and uniforms.
Help manage CSI box and NP Room storage.
Assist in stock checks and logistics accountability.

Support OC/Teachers /TH/ATH during Open House events.
Manage social media updates and NPCC publicity materials.
Design and update NPCC notice boards (NP Room and walkways).
Coordinate publication of unit-related materials.

Support Publicity Head during Open House events.
Assist in social media and publicity content creation.
Help decorate and maintain NPCC notice boards.
