• Brief stages of the lesson

• Duration of each stage

5. Location:

• Where will the lesson be conducted?

6. Target Audience:

• Who are you giving the lesson to?

7. Method of Instructions:

• Give a breakdown of the activities

• Check with a third party

8. Organisation of Lesson:

• Training Personnel : Number of conductors needed

• Equipment and Visual Aid : Logistics needed for the lesson

9. References:

• Materials

10. Attire:

• For both lesson conductors and trainees

11. Safety Precautions:

• Point to note for the safety of the participants

12. Administrations:

• Budget

• Transport/Ration

• Medical

13. Other Preparations:
