The pink-necked green pigeon is a common species of Southeast Asia. The male pigeon has this colour and was discovered at Westwood Pri on 14 July 2020. It was guarding two eggs . The female pigeon was found to take over the duty of guarding the eggs in the early morning of 15 July 2020.

Both pigeons have been taking turns to look after the eggs. We are looking forward to the young squabs soon.
