My personal project goal is to show others my experience of my healthier lifestyle. I tried my best to do some research on what it’s like to have a healthy lifestyle. I know that my life wasn’t that healthy, to begin with, so I decided to do this project. I tried asking other’s for opinions about this idea, it went smoothly.
The product goal is to make a short book about my experiences and little tips on the small diet. What kind of lifestyle is healthy? From what I researched are good sleep, good nutrition and good energy. There’s mental and physical, both need to be good. Life needs to be balanced, it goes with practice. From taking enough sleep, exercising, etc.
The impact of this project is that it could maybe give little motivation to others without the corresponding data. I wanted to share the experience with everyone. I want others to know that it’s alright to try new things out. Some people are stuck in their own circle that they just don’t want to go out and try new things. I want to encourage people to do what they want (anything that’s good, not bad).
The product ended up well. Although, it was very small. But it’s alright since it’s a book to just give small motivation and tips while it may not seem like much.
