6-word Memoirs Contest

The Introduction to Journalism students demonstrated their way with words in the "6-word Memoir" assignment.

The Medinamite would like to invite students to submit their creations for a contest to be published.

The memoir is composed of 10 6-word statements that represent reflections on your past, present, or future self.

Be sure to check for editing and Standard English conventions.

In addition to your memoir, compose an "Artist's Statement" to explain context and your choices in composition.

Submission deadline is Friday, March 15th.
