Central idea: The earth's physical processes may influence people's lives.

In maths this week we have focused on multiplying 2 digits by 1 digit and we are beginning to look at the link between multiplication and division.

In inquiry, the children have written a fantastic story about their journey to Mount Erbus in Antarctica. They have written this over two weeks including research time and they have now all published a story they are proud of! We have also delved into our first two lines of inquiry over the last 2 weeks, looking at different famous physical processes and where they are located continuing to develop our atlas work. We are currently focusing on the different properties of rocks and rock types.
