On Tuesday, four of our year 6 pupils attended the LAT Swimming Gala where they competed against 15 schools within the trust. This was such a fantastic event which gave them the chance to compete in two heats and a relay. Despite securing an incredible 1st place, 3rd place and then 3rd in their final race, they finished 8th overall which is a fantastic effort. We are so proud of our pupils and their achievement and we are already excited for next year's event!

On Thursday, a team from the UKS2 football club competed against Headcorn in our first match of the league. In a rather muddy pitch, Marden were valiant in their efforts but went on to lose 6-0, despite some mighty defending! Well done.
