Monday 9-29 - Meet in PE room. Jiu-Jitsu Day 6.
Wednesday 10-1 - Meet in the PE room. Jiu-Jitsu Day 7.
Friday 10-3 - Meet on the practice band field. HIIT run. I will have the heart rate watches on the band field for you. It will be difficult so bring water because there are no drinking fountains around.
