Modified Pull-ups
Sit & Reach - Left and right foot. When you touch your toes, it is 9 inches. Both feet together. When you do this, touching your toes is 23 cm.
Wednesday 4-22 - Meet in the Fitness gym. Continue fitness testing.
Friday 4-24 - Meet in the PE room. Finish Fitness testing.
