Monday 4-27 - Meet on the practice band field. This will be a hard run day. Make sure to eat the night before and have a snack for after this run. 400-meter repeats. HR watches will be on the field.
Wednesday 4-29 - 3-second push-up test and Fitness Test mile. Assign step 4 of the final.
