Apps/Sites - Requests

As teachers, we try to plan lessons and projects to stimulate and excite our students in an effort to enhance the curriculum. We look to apps and sites to help us accomplish this. 

With the increased use of online instructional resources and web-based tools, more and more student data is being stored in applications outside of the Longmeadow domain. Consequently, this may place student data in an unsecured digital environment.

When we, as a school district, use technology, students' data, including some personally identifiable information may be collected. It is our responsibility to protect the privacy of student data being collected by outside agencies. 

The following process includes steps to help protect our student data.
