This is a 4 credit course in which students will develop the knowledge and skills to maintain a personal health and safety plan. Students will demonstrate the appropriate use of tools and aids to style dry hair that include techniques in waving and curling hair, creating twists (ropes), braids, knots and the techniques for setting wet hair into style patterns. Prerequisite: None
Cosmo.movOur Cosmetology program offers hands on skills. Students will learn various haircutting/hair coloring techniques, braids, facials, and make up. We can guide your child with knowledge in the hair industry if chosen as a career in their future. The 30 level Cosmo course could possibly be used to apply to various university programs.
