Yr 7 are developing their skills digitally, whilst looking closely at Impressionism Art. Each lesson mirrors the style of learning from the classroom. This is paired with recap quizzes to help strengthen learnt knowledge.

Yr 8 are finishing up with the Art Deco Period. Students have cemented their knowledge of the movement and have demonstrated this through a series of tasks. To conclude, students were asked to design Art Deco Vases, inspired by Jean Denand. Many students explored this digitally, through a hand drawing and some even explored 3D modelling with clay and even salt dough!

Yr 9 have started to look at Fauvism Art. All classes completed a comprehension task to introduce them to the movement. This module will help students to deepen their knowledge of 20th century Art movements more generally. They will now explore Fauvism practically.
