We have had an overwhelming response to this class.
beginners classes starting the first week of february.
These classes are taught as Part A and Part B but both are beginner level. If you have taken our 4-week Beginners Class in the last year, you will want to choose Class B!
Beginners Class A
Begins Tuesday, Feb. 6
5:00-6:00 pm (EST)
Additional class dates: February 13, 20, and 27
Beginners Class B
Begins Wednesday, Feb. 7
5:00-6:00 pm (EST)
Additional class dates: February 14*, 21, and 28

KSD Outreach offers a
4-WEEK Beginners Sign Language Classes
The Beginners Class is divided into 2 parts - Classes A and B. These classes offer over 300 basic signs and an introduction to American Sign Language Grammar and Deaf Culture. Please note that the Class B is not a harder level but simply a continuation of Class A!

KSD Outreach invites parents, teachers, and professionals working with children with hearing loss in Kentucky to learn basic sign language online! Participants must:
commit to a total of two hours per session. (One hour of class held online and one hour of practice time outside of class )
have reliable internet access
have access to Google Drive and Google Meet
have access to tablet or computer with working web camera (phones don't work well with the class setup).
