REQUEST an IXL ACCOUNT

Kentucky teachers can request an IXL account for students who are are Deaf or hard of hearing. These free accounts are provided through a partnership with the National Technical Institute for the Deaf - Regional Stem Center located at the Alabama Institue for Deaf and Blind (NRSC).

This grant opportunity is only available to students who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

This grant is very near capacity and is now only able to offer a limit number of additional accounts. By completing this form, you will be contacted by a member of the NTID-RSC team to let you know of the availability of your request.

IXL can target the skills you select in the following areas: Math, English language arts, Science, Social Studies, for pre-K to 12. Availability of this program is offered through a grant obtained by the NTID Regional Stem Center.

Students can access their accounts at home and at school (so please send their login information home and encourage families to use it at home as well. This could aid to limit regression over the summer break.

These study plans help streamline test prep by guiding students to focus on the exact skills that will improve their scores. Students can enter their scores from a previous test or practice test, and IXL will generate a personalized list of skills they should work on to improve their scores in each topic.
