How do I sign up for the Lending Library?

A .pdf of your response will be emailed to you. You will need to sign and return the form.
Download/Save/Print this document. Sign it and email the form to your outreach consultant. If it is easier for you to simply take a picture of it, you can send that picture to maebeth.harbison@ksd.kyschools.us
Go to www.librarika.com
Click on Sign Up to create an account. You will have to confirm through your email address.
Once this is complete,
Go to ksdoutreach.librarika.com
Put in your login information. It will give you a pop-up screen that says:
Forbidden …you do not have enough permission to access this library.
Click on Request Member Access .
Once your signed form (#1) is received, your member access to our Lending Library will be activated.
Who can use the lending library?
Patrons must be residents of Kentucky. Materials and resources may be checked out by parents of children who are deaf/hard-of-hearing, professionals providing services to those students who are deaf/hard-of-hearing (teachers, interpreters, paraprofessionals, others) and community members interested in gaining a better understanding of hearing loss and deaf education.
