The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Generally, schools must have written permission from the parent (if under 18 years old) or eligible student (if over 18 years old) in order to release any information from a student's education record.

For current seniors:

  1. Update your Naviance account and add the school(s) to which you plan to apply and would like a transcript sent.

    • If you're applying to a school through Common App, you must match your Common App and Naviance accounts, and your schools will automatically load onto Naviance.

    • If you're applying to a school through their website, you must manually add the school(s) onto your Naviance account.

  2. Click Here for Transcript Request Form (1 request per school)

  3. Submit the $2.00 transcript processing fee. (Payable to Mrs. Erica Parker, East Unit Secretary)

For Graduates:

PLEASE NOTE:

  • During the school year, transcripts are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the request & fee payment.

  • During the Summer & Holiday Breaks, records and transcript requests are only processed every 7-10 days, through Mrs. Melissa Norris.
