PowerSchool Information

Power School

Your students' teachers have the ability to post classroom information on a secure Internet site using a grade book program called PowerSchool.

PowerSchool displays the student’s averages, progress details, report cards, attendance, schedule (with teacher email addresses), homework, classroom information, and other school information. Teachers have access to the same information for all of their students so they can see exactly what parents see for each student.

Families with students new to the district can work with their unit staff to gain access to PowerSchool after the student has enrolled. The parent has to create and manage their own account using the information provided to them.

Because of the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), only the child's custodial parent or legal guardian may be granted access. (If you are not listed as the custodial parent, the school must have court-issued documents indicating "joint or shared parenting" in order to create an additional account.)

If you have lost or forgotten your login/password information, or have any questions, please contact your student's unit office.
