Oh, my sweet dark brown elixir, oh boy! 

Every sip gives me such joy, 

Every sip breathes life into me, you are better than sour soy

Doctors may ridicule you, but what do they know?

Oh, Dr Pepper, my one true love, actually my only love!

Every time I set my eyes on your figure, it makes me giggle, dance, and shiver.

Some days, I wish there really was a Dr Pepper river

A large gushing river of that dark liquid of life 

May I beg and plead for you to let me be your wife?

Oh! Please, the greatest creation of mankind!

God's gift to man, and I am not one to worship!

But here you are, every time I see you, a smile graces my lip.

Please, my precious Pepper, the gem of my eye

If you were to be taken from me, I would actually die!

My red-capped bottle, with your white letters
