What Makes You A Great Friend?
Tiara Ponson
"Something that makes me a great friend is my loyalty."
I expect people to experience me as a good person who's goofy.
Brianne Cashio
" I make a great friend because I am a nice person."
I expect people to experience me as a good person who is nice and fun to be around.

Start by pushing yourself out of that little comfort zone little by little each day. Like maybe go outside and start a small conversation with your neighbor. Remember that being shy is okay, I call it self-cautious because it's like the body is watching its surroundings but in a silent way. Another way is to focus on your strengths and embrace those good qualities and talents.

Getting Rid of Bad Habits
Figure out what situation, emotions, or thoughts lead to your bad habits. Once you know the triggers, you can find ways to avoid or manage them.
Instead of focusing solely on stopping bad habits, try replacing them with a healthier alternative. For example, if you're snacking on unhealthy foods, replace them with nutritious snacks like fruits or nuts.
Pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and actions related to the bad habit. By being aware of your patterns, you can interrupt them and make more conscious choices.
Make your goals Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps and track your progress along the way.
How To Deal With Peer Pressure
Remember your values and what you believe in. Never let others sway you into doing things you know are not right.
Choose friends who respect you and your choices and like you for who you are. They should provide a positive influence and help you resist peer pressure.
Engage in hobbies that align with your interests. This will help you build confidence and provide a sense of belonging outside of peer pressure.
Talk to a trusted adult, such as your parent, teacher, or counselor, about the peer pressure you are facing.
What can you do to stop bullying?
Offer a helping hand to the person being bullied. Show them kindness, stand by their side, and let them know they are not alone.

If you see or experience bullying, report it to a trusted adult, teacher, or authority figure. They can take appropriate action to address the situation.
Remember, it's important to create a safe and inclusive environment not just for you but for everyone!
If you witness bullying, don't stay silent. SPEAK UP!, and let them know their behavior is not okay. Be confident and assertive.
