Students will be completing all steps of the The Science and Engineering Practices in order to appropriately complete this PBL. They will be asking questions about what food to make & how to package it in an eco-friendly way, develop their own models for their business and recipes, planning how the process (from beginning of the business to execution) will go, they will be analyzing local data on the best ingredients to use, using math as mentioned above, and they will be explaining the benefits of using locally sourced products- especially for a city where food deserts are prone.
