We are very proud that the 2020 NICHE Best Schools marks Jamestown as an A- district in Rhode Island. Melrose Elementary School is ranked the 1st Best Public Elementary School in Newport County and the 7th in the State. The Lawn School ranks the 2nd Best Public Middle School in Newport County while being the 5th best in the State.
