In this session, participants will deepen their understanding of how we acquire language and how to create comprehensible input. We will unpack the “Top 5 Tips” that can increase Newcomer engagement, and spend time exploring resources and  identify “start tomorrow” strategies to implement in their classrooms that target the Newcomer demographic, but are good for ALL students.
