Goal #1: Be more confident because dealing with a lot of kids requires you to know what you are doing. If I am confident in the choices I make, I will be more likely to succeed and do tasks by myself to get things done quicker and make it easier for the team. Confidence is important everywhere because you need to know what you are doing to do it well and look for improvements
Steps to achieve:
Starting conversations with coworkers and getting to know them
Ask questions so I can perform my tasks at the job more efficiently
Raise my voice louder so everyone in the room can hear what I am saying
Goal #2: Maintain work life balance so I do not get burned out. Dealing with a lot of kids is important to have a good attitude and be on my feet a lot so taking care of myself and school is beneficial to the work environment. This is important to manage overall because you need to make time for yourself and other things going on so you do not burn yourself out.
Steps to achieve:
Manage my time so I am on time for work everyday
Communicate with my boss and check in everyday to make sure everything goes well
Prioritize tasks so I am not overbooking myself with work and school
Goal #3: Adapt to the environment so I am comfortable where I work. Adapting to the environment will make it easier to love working with kids so getting to know them and talk to them is beneficial so I look forward to going to work. Adapting to an environment is beneficial overall because this is where you will work for a long time so loving where you work will bring a better attitude to work.

Complete training so I know what is expected of me during the workday
Talk to people and get to know how the shifts and rotations work
Ask questions so if I am confused about something I can earn more about it to manage while I work
