Why did you choose Research?

I chose research because I know IUI has a lot of great opportunities to participate in research. IUI focuses on medicine and science so getting to do research here would make me feel like a part of a bigger team since this school focuses heavily on medicine. Research is also required in Medical school and that is where I hope to go after receiving my bachelors. Therefore, having experience in college on research before I have to do focus heavily on research in Medical school would be a helpful skill to have. 

I have high expectations as I look into research I can participate in. I know it is going to be very hard and challenging because research at the college level is more serious. I think it would be a great skill to get used to research now so it is not a whole new obstacle n the future. 

I wish to be productive and obtain lots of facts and general knowledge from research. I know the more you read, the smarter you get and research requires a lot of thinking and focus. I think these skills will help me as I move on with my career and I hope to be more focused in my studies as I start research.
