Professional Learning

As a professional teacher, you are expected to take ownership of your own Professional Learning as part of our Professional Learning Community (PLC). The school will dedicate some of its planned meeting and Teacher Learning and Collaboration time to this purpose, Teachers are also expected to dedicate at least an equivalent amount of time to be continually learning and developing their practice.

Please note: The elements above are interchangeable and equally important. The Leadership Team may encourage some teachers to have a greater focus in some areas, but less in others to meet the growth of the individual and the overall needs of the school.
