It might seem strange to have a specific page on Failure in the section on expectations of an ISB teacher. Failure is a vital element of learning; it is where we can use feedback and reflect on our understanding. In many ways, failure is the stuff of learning.

For our children to be willing to fail, we as teachers and leaders, MUST be willing to model and celebrate failure. An ability to fail forwards is vital for all of us.
