TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute (TÜBİTAK UME) has infrastructure concerning low temperature DC and AC measurements with expertise in high precision Quantum Hall Resistance Standards measurements. While improving accuracy in traceable measurement setups, it is also participating in projects exploring new and improved resistance standards such as beyond graphene-based devices (EMPIR JRP 20FUN03 COMET) and memristor based standards (EMPIR JRP 20FUN06 MEMQuD). TUBITAK will participate in electrical measurement devices and contribute to device optimisation using variety of characterisation techniques in WP2 and WP3.
