Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca Metrologica (INRIM) is the Italian NMI, has a firm expertise in the field of primary electrical metrology and in the developing of quantum resistance and impedance standards. It has facilities for precision QHE measurements of QHE, in both DC and AC regime, resistance and impedance measurements, characterisation of thin film and electronic nanodevices, including electronic noise measurements. It participated in several European research projects (EMPIR projects like 18SIB07 GIQS and 20FUN03 COMET). Within the present project, INRIM will lead WP4 and contribute scientifically to WP2 and WP3.
