(NMIJ-AIST) is the National Metrology Institute in Japan (NMIJ) within the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), with the mission to disseminate measurement standards. AIST is one of the largest public research organisations in Japan with twelve sites throughout Japan.
