Task: Can you think of any other prefixes? Make a list of five words for each prefix.

Tasg 1: Gwrandewch ar ein hanthem genedlaethol yn cael ei chanu. Ysgrifennwch yr anthem yn eich llawysgrifen orau.

Task 1: Listen to our national anthem. Write the anthem in your best handwriting.

Tasg 3: Meddyliwch am y pethau rydych chi wedi eu rhestru. Dewiswch tri ohonynt ac ysgrifennwch baragraff yr un amdanynt. Pam ydych chi wedi eu dewis? Beth sy’n bwysig amdanynt? Oes rhywun arall yn meddwl eu bod nhw’n bwysig hefyd?

Task 3: Think of the things you’ve listed. Choose three of them and write a paragraph about the reasons you chose them. Why did you choose them? What’s important about them? Does anyone else think they’re important?

Discussing our feelings: Both poems we’ve looked at this week discuss different colours and discuss the rainbow, which has become an important symbol for us all this year. Task: Look at the template below, which includes a number of language patterns for expressing our feelings.

Draw a picture of yourself happy, sad and excited. (If you have a camera on your laptop, maybe you could take pictures of yourself making different expressions and paste them on the piece of work.) If you’re working on line, you could always copy and paste pictures for each emotion. Answer the questions for each of the feelings. Remember to write in full sentences, with a capital letter at the beginning of each sentence and a full stop at the end.

The theme for today’s well-being session is understanding how to deal with anger. Listen to the story ‘Ravi’s Roar’ being read.

Mae’r stori’n sôn am fachgen sy’n colli ei dymer gydag aelodau ei deulu pan mae pethau’n mynd o’i le iddo. Ond yna mae’n sylweddoli bod teimlo’n ddig yn gwneud iddo deimlo’n waeth. Rydyn ni i gyd yn teimlo’n ddig weithiau ac mae yna bethau sy’n gwneud i ni golli ein tymer. Mae’n bwysig ein bod ni’n deall beth sy’n gwneud i ni golli ein tymer a sut rydyn ni’n ymateb i’r emosiwn hyn.

Tasg beth sy’n gwneud i mi golli fy nhymer ? Tynnwch lun siâp llosgfynydd ar ddarn o bapur neu defnyddiwch y templed canlynol. Nodwch yr hyn sy’n gwneud i chi golli eich tymer y tu mewn i’r llosgfynydd. Yn y cwmwl nodwch beth rydych chi’n dueddol o wneud pan rydych chi’n colli eich tymer? Ar y tu allan nodwch beth allwch chi ei wneud i ddelio gyda’r emosiwn yma?

The story is about a boy who loses his temper with the members of his family when things go wrong. He soon realises that feeling angry makes him feel worse and has to deal with this emotion. We all get angry at times and there are things that make us lose our temper. It is important that we recognise what triggers our anger and know what to do when we get angry.

Task - What makes me lose my temper? Draw an outline of a volcano on a piece of paper or use the template provided. Inside the volcano write down what makes you lose your temper and makes you angry? In the cloud note what you tend to do when you lose your temper? On the outside write down ways in which you can deal with the emotion.
