I graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Gited and Talented Education.  I started my career as a middle school Reading teacher, but quickly found my way to the library.  After 20 years of sharing my love of reading with students, I decided to try something new and became the Data and Assessment Facilitator at Kingwood Middle School.  In this role, I am responsible for all campus testing including STAAR and TELPAS.  I am also a part of the campus social media team that creates and manages content for our campus Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
