Hello! My name is Kathryn Hofmann and I have been a teacher for 13 years. I started my career in Deaf Education and always loved pushing my students to create, experiment, and most importantly FAIL! So much can be learned when you fail at something...failure creates this amazing opportunity for growth and discovery! I feel that it was my experience in Deaf Education that really propelled me into the field of STEM Education. I am a complete nerd that loves sharing my passion for all things "nerdy" with my students and fellow co-workers. I am also a mother raising a strong-willed, smart, and curious six year old girl who pushes me everyday to be a better teacher for my students. I feel I have finally found my passion in teaching and can't wait to share it!
