Three or more boxes need to be sent via Work Order Ticket.
To place a Work Order Ticket, click New Ticket > Facilities > Moving > Books.
In the work ticket order, specify:
The exact location for the pick up (for example: Front Office, to the right of the front doors.)

We cleaned out our curriculum closet and have many items to discard. Should we send them to you?
We will gladly accept any in-adoption curriculum. If you have old curriculum that needs to be discarded, please reach out to Colleen Hampton with the titles of the items. She will be able to tell you what to discard and how to properly recycle the items.
A teacher retired and left behind lots of stuff .We don't have room for it here, so can we send it to you?
We will gladly accept in adoption curriculum, books in good condition, and any other items listed in the "Feel Free to Send" section below. Please do not send broken/outdated items, used workbooks, binders of photocopied curriculum or anything listed in the "Do Not Send" section below. We only accept items that are in good condition and could potentially be re-used by someone else in the district.
I'm not sure what I have is worth sending. Who can I ask for guidance?
