Collection Crew

Purpose:

• To assist with large collection maintenance projects, including weeding, shifting stacks, updating cataloging, and more.

Procedure:

• We meet after hours on the designated campus to work on each project for no more than three hours per evening.

• Submit extended contract forms to Vanessa at the end of the session.

Project Campus Responsibilities:

1. Secure principal's permission to be in the library after school hours.

2. Work with Vanessa to determine the project.

3. Serve as a gracious host, helping team members as they work on the project's tasks.

4. Take pictures of the team in action & send to Vanessa.

Members of Collection Crew are compensated at the standard hourly rate for classified employees.
