Any library bound book that has a "FollettBound", Perma-Bound, or Bound to Stay Bound logo are guaranteed. This means if the binding breaks or pages fall out due to a weakened binding, they will send a replacement no questions asked.  You don't even have to send back the old book--you can give it away or recycle it.

How to Replace a "FollettBound" book:

• Fill out Follett's replacement form and send to:  fssreplacementorders@follettlearning.com

• To find the form, go to your Titlewave account. Then click on your account > account settings.

• Scroll down to POLICIES at the bottom of the page. There you will find a link to the FollettBound Replacement Form.

How to Replace a Perma-Bound book:
