Select your Ika and transfer the main outlines to an A3 size wet strength paper
Using wet on went techniques and a limited colour palette, apply pools of colour across your Ika. Don't worry if it goes outside your drawing as it will be cut out. You want the colour to run into each other to create what's called cauliflower edges and secondary/tertiary colours!
when dry, use a fine black marker to outline the edges and shapes created by the watercolour
Use paint pens to decorate along these lines or within the shapes that have been made
Paint in the eyes
Cut out and photograph!
