Howdy Structure

Our players are those who work with clients or partners to fulfill a need or a goal. They’re who everybody comes to see, and they are the whole reason that Howdy exists.

Our Coaches are here to support the Howdy Players and help them achieve client goals, personal goals, and professional growth. Our coaches are high-achieving professionals. We hold our internal team to the same idea of excellence as we do our players. (So you can assume your coach is top-tier.) Yes, everybody comes to see the Howdy Players, but without the coaches, it would be chaos and Howdy FC would likely be relegated.

Then we have our Howdy FC Staff. Think of them as the concessions workers, the physical therapists, the maintenance crew, kit managers, or the lawn artists, if you will. While not as prestigious as our players, it’s no secret that the club as a whole would crumble without them. Their job here at Howdy is to support the players, the coaches, and the stadium as a whole, to run the day-to-day operations by focusing on even the tiniest details supporting Howdy’s excellence.

Each member of Howdy FC is essential and is held to the highest standards. No matter where you fall on the team lineup, we want you to know we’re glad you’re here! Now, let's make Howdy a freaking unicorn 😉oh, we mean, win the World Cup!
