PE Curriculum
The physical education curriculum plays a very important role as it contributes to the total development of our school. We have general P.E. lessons throughout S1 to S6. Apart from general PE, we also offer PE as a DSE elective subject for S4 to S6 students.
For the general PE curriculum, we teach traditional ball games like basketball, volleyball, badminton, To raise students’ interests in P.E. lessons, we also invited professional coaches to teach some unusual and interesting sports, fsuch as archery, lacrosse, fencing within the curriculum.
Even during the pandemic, we kept the learning going though our online modes:

We offer Creative, Arts, Sports, Technology and Life Education (CASTLE) for students who would like to extend their skills in sports. We aim at providing more choices for students to explore one particular sport so as to foster resilience and perseverance.
Students who are interested in studying the PE electives can explore the theoretical and practical sessions at a deeper level by joining this Modular Studies course. Some smore accessible topics of the DSE curriculum will be introduced and covered in this programme.
We offer PE as a DSE elective subject to students with a passion for sports. The elective involves some ‘playing sports’, and also includes learning about training theories, sports psychology, sports injuries prevention, human body structures, sports administration and sports sociology.
