This module allows students to understand the concepts of Artificial Intelligence and the algorithms behind it. Students can also develop their Artificial Intelligence projects using Python. Incorporating curriculum created under “CUHK Jockey Club AI for the Future” project, students can enjoy the learning resources provided by the engineering professionals.

Food and Basic Nutrition is a modular study which specifically focuses on basic food commodities, their functions and how they affect human bodies. Students are also required to the nutritional requirements of people with specific nutritional needs. At the same time, they are required to learn some cooking skills which finally they have to design specific diets that apply the nutritional knowledge.
