Our 2022 projects are research-based proposals to improve opportunities for people of color.
Since all other events have been focused on the past, this year we have planned for the future and imagined what resources, role models, and opportunities could be created to provide a more level playing field for people of color.
Lately many have felt helpless, and people do not know how to address or ‘cure’ racism, prejudice, bias, inequality, and systemic red tape.
If money was no object, if the courts were on your side... if you could create or rewrite laws, what would you do? What do we need?
