Printing Inventory Labels
Within the Inventory Labels section of the Charity Suite Web App, labels to be applied to inventory items can be set up for printing by pulling the inventory item; name, category and price from the list of items held in the database. A date can be added. Start by typing the item name into the Inventory Item field.
If there is more than one item in your database with 'table', then the results are shown in the list box from which you are able to select the correct item.
If it is necessary to amend the price, this can be actioned here. The checkboxes 'Print Category', 'Print Name', 'Price Price' and 'Print Date' can be unchecked if not required on the label, before selecting the printer and the number of copies required.
For the Print Date, a date picker is shown from which a date can be selected. The current date is the default.
The cut position for the labels can be either, after the last label or between labels which will reduce printing time. The PRINT button is only active once all the required fields have been entered or selected.
