Allows the operator to record sales of donated stock, either Gift Aided or not and new goods, and manage cash

The main checkout window will allow the till operator to declare the float, sell item(s) by scanning the code on the item or manually keying a sale against a preset list of Categories and Items groups, and at the end of the trading shift or day the operator can Cash Up.
