Declarations

Declarations are associated to Persons, Contact Organisations, Jobs, Vans, Till Float and Used Items. A handy page has been put together to allow viewing of these declarations with links to the respective association.

The filters at the top of the page can be used to drill down to find the declarations of interest.

Declarations can be made when 

• donors sign up to either grant or deny signing up for the gift aid process and receiving correspondence from your organisation relating to marketing and emailing.

• persons giving permission for their details to be held relating to delivery and collection jobs.

• vans capturing details such as milege and condition of the van.

• used items capturing details of the condition of the items being donation such as scratches, missing parts, date cleaned, passed for resale,  etc.

• capturing health and safety details of the location where the till float is being opened or closed.

Declarations Forms

Forms are used in the Charity Suite App to capture these declaration details. Here are some examples of forms and which area of the Charity Suite App they are used in:-

Using the filters to reduce the results on the list page, declarations can be viewed to a finer level of detail.

Should you wish you export a list of Declarations, this is facilitated with the Export CSV (Comma-Separated Values), from which the fields required can be selected, before downloading the CSV file.

The above shows a Persons' GDPR declaration with the results giving view to see the finer details or a link to the Person record held in the Charity Suite database.

The view action has Details and Content tabs, showing the text of the declaration captured.
