Printing Existing Used Item Labels
Within the Re/Pring Existing Used Items Labels section of the Charity Suite Web App, labels to be applied to existing used items can be set up for printing by pulling the item's name, category and price from the database. A date can be added also to the label. Start by typing the QRCode into the Item Code field, or by scanning the used items QR code.
The checkboxes 'Print Category', 'Print Name', 'Price Price' and Print Date can be unchecked if not required on the label, before selecting the printer and the number of copies required. For the Print Date, a date picker is shown from which a date can be selected. The current date is the default.
The cut position for the labels can be either, after the last label or between labels which will reduce printing time. The PRINT button is only active once all the required fields have been entered or selected.
