Within the Generate Used Items Labels section of the Charity Suite Web App, labels can be generated for used items by selecting category, inventory item, entering a price and selecting up to 2 optional tags. These tags are embedded into the QRCode and are used to tag the stock for filter and reporting purposes.
The checkboxes 'Print Category', 'Print Name', 'Price Price' and Print Date can be unchecked if not required on the label, before selecting the printer and the number of copies required. For the Print Date, a date picker is shown from which a date can be selected. The current date is the default.
The cut position for the labels can be either, after the last label or between labels which will reduce printing time. The PRINT button is only active once all the required fields have been entered or selected.
