Manage all aspects of your organisations logistics
Selecting Logistics from the left side main menu you can see all the delivery and collection jobs and vans in your organisation.
Logistics jobs are created via the Charity Suite App and can be viewed on the Charity Suite portal. Jobs can have the following status:- Cancelled, Completed, Failed and Outstanding.
Fields in the table view that are hyperlinks to other data are shown in green.
Should you wish you export a list of Jobs, this is facilitated with the Export CSV (Comma-Separated Values), from which the fields required can be selected, before downloading the CSV file.
On selecting view from the jobs table, further details of the job are shown. Fields in the view that are hyperlinks to other data are shown in green.
Selecting Vans from the left side main menu you can see all the vans in your organisation.
New Vans can be created using the action button.
When creating a new van, the name is a compulsory field.
You can select to VIEW a van from the manage vans table, and subsequently EDIT the van details via the action buttons.
All the details of the van can be edited.
Once you have edited the van details as necessary, you can save the changes by pressing SUBMIT or undo by pressing RESET which will reset the form to the original van details before any changes made by you.
The action of deleting a van will be confirmed before being committed to the database.
